Refund Policy

At Beginwire, we strive to ensure every client is satisfied with our setup services. We believe in fair and transparent business practices.

2. Eligibility for Refund

✅ Before Work Begins

If you request a cancellation before we have started the setup process (e.g., before we have purchased your domain or created your accounts), you are eligible for a Full Refund.

❌ After Work is Delivered

Once the service has been delivered (e.g., the website is live, email credentials have been sent, or the Google verification code has been requested), the setup fee is Non-Refundable as the labor and resources have already been expended.

3. Technical Failures

If we are unable to complete the setup as described due to technical issues on our end that we cannot resolve, a Full Refund will be issued regardless of the stage of the project.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@beginwire.com with your order details and reason for cancellation. We review all requests within 24 hours.
